Your Account
When using the website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of you account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please inform us immediately if you have reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.
Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion without charge to you.
Our Contract
When you place an order from Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. We must receive full payment for the products that you order before it can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are at liberty to enter into legally binding contracts. Therefore if you are under the age of 18, please solicit your parent or guardian to make the purchase on your behalf.
Pricing
All of the prices on our website are in UK Pounds therefore if you are purchasing your item from outside of the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may apply.
Delivery
All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (17.5%) will be removed from your order at checkout.
Please note that deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which the customer is solely responsible.
The customer becomes owner of the goods once the order has been dispatched. When the order has been delivered the goods will be held at your own risk and Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction.
If the goods are returned to us because the courier could not complete the delivery the customer will be responsible for the charge of redelivery.
The Right to Cancel your Contract
.In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers may cancel goods purchased from Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe by sending a written notice of cancellation by e-mail, post or hand delivery within 7 working days from the delivery date of the goods.
Your right to cancel your contract is subject to you having not worn or damaged the goods; having not removed the labels from the goods; and having informed us within 7 working days from delivery to receive a Return Authorisation Number. (Please see Returns section below).
Returns
Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery
All items for return or exchange must have a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). RAN's can be obtained by emailing us at info@bluhe.com. Please indicate in your email the reason why the goods are being returned.
Please insure that your RAN is written on the outside of the package that you return.
Postage will only be refunded if the goods are deemed faulty
All items being returned must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe will not accept and item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.
Whether you have requested a refund or replacement or the returned goods, any charges or refunds due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as this has been processed.

Force Majeure
Where in spite of its efforts, Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe is unable to perform an obligation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, it shall not be deemed to be in breach of its contract with the customer.
Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe reserves the right to make changes to our website, policies, and Conditions of Use and Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies in force at the time that you use the website or that your order good from us, unless any change to those policies is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you.)
If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Waiver
If you breach any of the Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Trademarks
Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe is the operator of www.bluhe.com and www.bluhe.co.uk. All trademarks, graphics, logos, product names and scripts are the property of their respective owners and may not be used in connection with any other product or service, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe.

Liability
Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of business or profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, loss of data and other financial loss.
Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe's liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant order.
Nothing in this agreement shall limit Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
Governing Law
Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English Law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Our policy is to deal with any problems and difficulties efficiently and fairly. If you have reason to complain about the service, please e-mail us at info@bluhe.com. We will, wherever possible, respond within 1 working day, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
