Please note that if the order has already been dispatched, and can not be recalled, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please see our Returns Policy for details.

Returns

Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days of delivery.

Bluhe recognises that, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In the case of having faulty goods please follow the same course of action subject to the conditions detailed below.

All items for return or exchange must have a Return Authorisation number (RAN). RAN numbers can be obtained by emailing us at info@bluhe.com. Please indicate in your email the reason why the goods are being returned.

We ask that all goods being returned from within the UK are returned to us within 7 days of your RAN being issued. International returns should be shipped within 10 days of your RAN being issued.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all labels intact. Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

All returned goods must be accompanied by:

A copy of or the original invoice with the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) clearly marked.

If this has been lost or mislaid please enclose a note with the return, ensuring that the following information is included:

Return Authorisation Number (RAN), Order number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number or email address, reason for return and details of refund or replacement required. Returned goods will not be accepted without this information.

Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe.

Exchanges are possible, but replacement items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

Postage will only be refunded if the goods are deemed faulty.

All items being returned must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Cadisch Design Associates T/A Bluhe will not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery, therefore we strongly recommend that you use recorded or special delivery when returning items to us as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Refunds

Whether you have requested a refund or replacement of the returned goods, any charges or refunds due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as this has been processed.
